Privacy - Questions for AI

This notice applies to the form at pierluigibaldetti.it/questions-for-ai/ and to questions sent directly to domande-ai@pierluigibaldetti.it, which collect readers’ questions for the editorial project The Two Titles.

Data collected

The form or a direct email may collect: the name or nickname chosen for possible publication, a reference email address, the submitted question, date and time of submission, form language, declaration of adult age, consents and authorisations, and minimal technical data required for website security. The IP address is not stored in plain form; it is converted into a cryptographic fingerprint that is not directly readable.

Purposes

Data are processed to receive, store, manage, assess and select submitted questions; send an automatic receipt; contact the user when necessary; document authorisations; and, where applicable, publish the question and the related AI response in The Two Titles, later editions, web pages, digital materials, promotional content or other related editorial projects. The email address is not published.

Legal basis

The legal basis is the user’s consent. Minimal technical data needed for website security may also be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in preventing abuse, spam and misuse.

Required information

The name or nickname, email address, question, declaration of adult age and acceptance of all mandatory options are required to use the form. Without them, the form cannot be submitted.

Editorial use and selection

Submission does not create any right to publication. Pierluigi Baldetti may decide, at his sole editorial discretion, whether to publish, not publish, discard, summarise, correct or rework the question and/or the related AI response for editorial, clarity, relevance, safety or third-party protection reasons. The authorisation permits possible use without payment or royalties, with the possible indication of the supplied name or nickname and without publication of the email address.

Retention

Data are retained for as long as necessary to assess and manage the editorial project, document authorisations and protect the controller’s rights. Questions not selected may be deleted when they are no longer useful to the project. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Disclosure and publication

Data are not sold to third parties. They may be processed by technical services strictly required for the website, hosting and email. A name or nickname, question and AI response may be made public only within the limits of the editorial authorisation.

Cookies and technical data

The website does not use profiling cookies or advertising tools. The form may use a strictly necessary technical session cookie for submission security and protection against fraudulent requests; the cookie ends with the browser session.

Content not to include

Do not include confidential information, special categories of personal data or unnecessary personal data concerning third parties. Questions containing unlawful, offensive, dangerous content or material infringing the rights of others may be deleted without further action.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent, by writing to domande-ai@pierluigibaldetti.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
